Wyszczególniono metody oceny jakości przesyłanego głosu. Zaproponowano przykładowe zasady testowania i oceny przydatności sieci do świadczenia usługi VoIP Omówiono mechanizmy, umożliwiające poprawę jakości połączeń w istniejących sieciach danych.

In this article, methods of evaluating the quality of voice transmitted are specified. Some exemplary principles of testing usability of a network to provide VoIP services are suggested. Mechanisms that enable it to improve the quality of calls in the existing data networks liave been discussed.
