Abstrakty
Charakterystyki każdego badanego obiektu, a zatem i małego silnika elektrycznego, są funkcją jego stanu. Uwidacznia się to w procedurach badawczych, które ściśle precyzują stan obiektu w chwili rozpoczęcia pomiarów. Zaproponowano zatem podejście polegające na stosowaniu takich przetworników, które pozwalają uzyskać bardzo dobrą odtwarzalność wyników nawet w przypadku drobnych różnic występujących wskutek różnych interpretacji tej samej procedury pomiarowej. Pomiary przeprowadzono z wykorzystaniem przetworników pomiarowych opracowanych i wykonywanych w Zakładzie Małych Maszyn Elektrycznych Instytutu Elektrotechniki.
The characteristics of all investigated object, also of the small power electric motor, are the functions of state. It is visible in the search procedures, which accurately define the state of the object at the beginning of measurements. The practice in this matter demonstrates that the reconstruction of the results during application the identical measurement procedures was scarcely satisfactory. It requires the new solution of the measurement technique. A new approach to this problem has been presented in the this paper. The study is based on the application such the torque converters which permit excellent reconstruction the results even during the appearance of the small differences due to various interpretations of the same measurement procedure. The considerations of the authors have been concerned with the measurements in nearly steady state conditions. The main purpose of this paper is to present the measurements algorithm. The results are presented in Fig. 7 elaborated and performed in the Electrotechnical Institute.
