Sesji Generalnej CIGRE dotyczące systemów informatycznych i komunikacyjnych w deregulacji sektora energii elektrycznej, zachęty do inwestowania w wytwarzanie i przesył w środowisku rynku energii elektrycznej, a także interakcji pomiędzy zasadami bezpieczeństwa systemu, a zasadami rynku.

Discussed are papers delivered on Study Committee C5 thematic session concerning information and communication systems in the process of electric energy sector deregulation, incentives to invest in generation and transmission in the range of electric energy market, as well as interactions between system safety rules and the rules in the market.
