Przedstawiono rozwój systemu przesyłowego i uzasadnienie inwestowania w system przesyłowy, metody projektowe służące zapewnieniu odporności systemów energetycznych na awarie, w tym narzędzia umożliwiające efektywne planowanie, a także wystarczalność i bezpieczeństwo wytwarzania i przesyłu energii w kontekście przyszłej struktury i lokalizacji wytwarzania.

Presented is development of transmission systems and justification of investing in them, designing methods serving to ensure failure resistance of electric power systems including tools enabling effective planning. Discussed is also sufficiency and safety of energy generation and transmission in the context of future structure and location of generation places.
