Abstrakty
Artykuł przedstawia etapy budowy sztolni pod masywem góry Chmielnik z opisem technologii wykonania, warunków naturalnych górotworu i zasad drążenia tuneli metodą strzałową. Przedstawiono powody wykonania elementów nieprzewidzianych w pierwotnej dokumentacji technicznej, a koniecznych dla bezpiecznej pracy obiektu. Ze względu na trudne warunki lokalne sztolnia na całej długości została wykonana w obudowie klasy portalowej. Opracowanie stanowi zbiór najistotniejszych wiadomości teoretycznych i doświadczenia wykonawcy robót zapewniającego jakościowe, terminowe i bezpieczne prowadzenie prac. Wybudowana sztolnia służy do przeprowadzenia rurociągów ze Stacji Uzdatniania Wody z jednej strony góry Chmielnik na drugą stronę do zbiorników zapasowo-wyrównawczych.
The article presents the stages of building of mine tunnel under the Chmielnik Mountain with description of technology of realization, the natural conditions of the strata and principles tunneling with shot firing method. The realization of elements unforeseen in primary technical documentation but necessary for safe operation of the object was introduced. Because of difficult local conditions the tunnel, along its whole length was executed in casing of portal class. The study constitutes a collection of the most important theoretical information and experiences of the performer of works assuring a qualitative, on the time and safe conductance of the works. The constructed gallery serves lying of pipelines delivering water from Water Treatment Station on one side of the Chmielnik Mountain to the reserve-balancing reservoir on other side of the mountain.
