In the paper, the requirements that technological lubricants for sheet metal forming processes should meet are discussed. The friction coefficients for the tested lubricants and hardening layers are given. Moreover, the results of a numerical simulation of sheet metal forming process, taking into consideration the influence of friction on heterogeneity of deformation in the shaped elements, are presented. Calculations have been made with the ADINA System v.8.2.

W artykule omówiono wymagania stawiane smarom technologicznym stosowanym podczas procesów tłoczenia blach. Podano współczynniki tarcia dla badanych smarów technologicznych i warstw utwardzających. Ponadto przedstawiono wyniki symulacji numerycznej procesu tłoczenia z uwzględnieniem wpływu tarcia na niejednorodność odkształceń wytłoczki. Obliczenia przeprowadzono z zastosowaniem programu ADINA v.8.2.
