Complex technique of Association of the Engineers - Tribologistis of Russia (AET of Russia) for a rating of the same pairs friction from carbon friction composite materials (CFCM) intended for multidisk loaded brakes of airwheels (Group of authors of the experts under the direction of the president AET of Russia, academician IEA and RIA, D.Eng., professor main scientific employee of MRI of RAS Avtandil V. Chichinadze). Part 1. "Theoretical bases a technique". The offered complex technique is based on the recommendations of the theories of external friction and tiredness wear process by professor I.V. Kragelsky both theory of thermal dynamics and modeling of friction and wear of friction pairs at dry and boundary friction by professor A.V.Chichinadze. In this part the basic theoretical reasons are given which are used in a complex technique. The new technique of tests and researches is briefly set up. The necessary items of information on carbon brakes and basis factors are given which allow in a necessary and residual measure to characterize work of brakes.

Prezentowana metoda oparta jest na założeniach teorii tarcia zewnętrznego i procesu zużycia zmęczeniowego (prof.I.V. Kragelsky'ego), a także teorii dynamiki termicznej oraz modelowania tarcia i zużycia elementów węzła tarcia w warunkach tarcia suchego i granicznego ( prof.A.V.Chichinadze). W tej części artykułu przedstawiono podstawy teoretyczne, które zastosowano w kompleksowej metodzie. Przedstawiono w sposób zwięzły nową metodę oraz niezbędne informacje o hamulcowych nakładkach węglowych i podstawowych czynnikach, pozwalających scharakteryzować pracę hamulców.
