EN

The aim of this paper is to investigate the problem (process) of the wear of a plough share. It ought to be marked that shares constitute 84% of the total mass of parts replaced over the whole operating period. The total consumption of plough replaceable parts depends on its construction and ranges from 1100 to 2600 kg. The main results of the analysis of wear of shares have been obtained in two cases: in the case of plough bodies with rigid fixing and in the case of plough bodies with elastic fixing to the plough frame. The research of wear is performed for linear wear and weight wear of the shares. The abrasive weight wear of shares depends among other things on ploughing depth, working velocity, sort of soil, humidity of soil. This paper sets recommendations for the procedures of an equipment for a basic soil cultivation applying the utilisation of self-induced vibrations in a construction of a plough. The main results of this paper indicate also the practical advantages for the users. Głównym celem pracy jest zbadanie stopnia zużycia lemiezy pługów w czasie ich eksploatacji. Główne rezultaty zuzycia lemieszy otrzymano dla dwóch przypadków: dla przypadku korpusu sztywno zamocowanego oraz dla przypadku sprężyście zamocowanego do lemieszy pługów. W badaniach uwzględniono wpływ różnych czynników na stopień zużycia lemieszy.Wyniki prac przedstawiają praktyczne korzyści dla użytkowników.
