Abstrakty
Bearing of the diameter larger than 150 mm called large overall dimensions bearings. Because of the large mass and dimensions of this type of bearings their regeneration can give high savings. Determination of the fatique life of the regerated bearing gives an idea about further operation of this bearing. Based on the analysis of the wear and process of regeneration the evaluation of the large overall dimension deep groove ball bearing 618/560 MA was considered. The reason of wear,analysis of wear and calculation of the fatique life before and after regeneration have been given into consideration.the fatique life of investigated bearing 615/560 MA was determinated by the metod of lundberg and palmgren under assumption of restricted life. The geometry of bearing before and after regeneration has alloved to determine the contact load capacity for the stationary external bearing ring and for the internal bearing ring, rotating with respect to the extwrnal load.
Przedstawiono nowoczesne technologie re-rafinacji z podkreśleniem najnowszych procesów, które ukierunkowują bieżący postęp w tej dziedzinie. Właściwa re-rafinacja olejów przepracowanych umożliwia wytwarzanie wysokojakościowych olejów bazowych nie ustępujących jakością olejom bazowym wytwarzanym w procesie rafinacji ropy naftowej. Re-rafinacja jest niezawodnym sposobem przetwarzania niebezpiecznych dla środowiskanaturalnego olejów wycofanych z eksploatacji, na wysokojakościowe oleje smarowe stosowane do najważniejszych węzłów tarcia spotykanych w praktyce.
