In this paper we study the solutions of the difference equation x<subn+1</sub> + ...[wzór] for n = 0,1,2, ... where a, x_-(2k+1), x_-(2k), x_-(2k-1), ..., x₀ are the real numbers such that x₀x<sub>-(k+1)</ sub> ≠ a, x_-1x_-(k+2) ≠ a, x_-2x<sub>-(k+3) ≠ a. ..., x_-kx<sub>-(2k+1) ≠ a and k is a natural number.
