W artykule omówiono istotę badania czasochłonności procesów technologicznych montażu i scharakteryzowano metodę ChronFoto_RC, opartą na połączeniu modułów chronometrażu i fotografii dnia roboczego. Podano założenia decydujące o efektywności takich badań. Wyniki badania czasochłonności metodą ChronFoto_RC podano dla procesu technologicznego montażu części mechanicznej centrum obróbkowego składającego się z sześciu operacji, tj. montażu łoża, sań Y, korpusu wrzeciennika, stojaka, stołu do łoża oraz sań korpusu wrzeciennika. Zamieszczono podstawowe elementy programu komputerowego ChronFoto_RC, tzn. arkusza pomiarowego ZE2, dodatku, wykresu i arkusza Z2 oraz wnioski z badań i analiz.

This paper presents a computer-based implementation of the ChronFoto_RC method of time consumption measurements on the basis of a selected test task. The article substantiates the subject and discusses the essence of research in time consumed by assembly processes. The article presents the characteristics of the ChronFoto_RC method, which is based on a combination of a time study module and a working day's activity study module. The article presents assumptions responsible for effectiveness of research into time consumed by assembly processes. The following parts of the article present the main stages of application of the ChronFoto_RC method. The presented results of time consumption research using the ChronFoto_RC method refer to assembling a mechanical part of a machining centre made up of six operations, i.e. installing a bed, a Y slide, a headstock housing, a rest, a turntable on the bed and a headstock slide. This paper presents principal elements of ChronFoto_RC software, i.e. measurements sheet ZE2, an allowance sheet, a diagram sheet and sheet Z2 as well as conclusions regarding investigated research and analysis.
