Long-term storage of coal: changes of coking properties and impact on quality parameters of coke
Języki publikacji
Abstrakty
The aim of this paper was to determine the changes of coals coking properities, caused by oxidation during long-term storage. research material consisted of domestic coking coals, and blast-furnace blend composed from them. The research has shown, that a considerable decrease of important coking properties and deterioration of quality of coke produced from those coal blends took place in case of all coals. The obtained results were compared with data retrieved from literature.
