Analiza skutków wprowadzenia wymagań normy PN EN 1992-2 mosty betonowe do projektowania mostów

Pretensioned concrete T-beams have demanded to elaborate by PRM „Mos-ty-Łódź". These elements with companing the monolitycal concrete slab establish the jonted beam-plate structures. This system joints useful properties of several another beam-plate systems and is common used to construct of viaducts in Poland. In this paper the reasons of damage of edge pretensioned T27 beam during construction of viaduct structures are presented and discussed. Based on concrete and prestress steel laboratory test results, results of controlling of T27 beams manufacturing process, documentation and results of full static and strength analysis of damage reason was stated. The overloading of temporary communication platform which was fixed to lateral beam surface above 0,56 kN/m2 causes the turning over of the beam. This followed the change of moment of interia of the beam cross section and the prestress moment and self wight beam loading led to breaking and falling down of the beam. The construct details, results of analysis of prestress force and concrete straining before and after beam rolling are presented and discussed. The conclusions and recommendations for further realization are drawn.
