To enable companies to favourably develop their business, with manufacturing, logistics or any other type of activity, industrial parks must be able to provide the facilities, physical space and industrial land to develop the basic infrastructure that organisations demand. The aim of this study is to determine how attractive different administrative regions (hereinafter, counties) in Aragon are for companies. Firstly, the attributes and factors that influence the decision for locating businesses have been identified via surveys with business people and company and economic agencies. Information was then collected from all industrial sites in the Autonomous Community of Aragon for each of the factors identified in the previous step, to evaluate the regions in terms of these location factors. We have used the ELECTRE I method, which is a multi-criteria decision technique for business location that provides a set of alternatives which "outrank" the rest and are therefore more attractive for investment..
