A model of conducting an internal audit in a small enterprise: macroergonomic approach

The article presents concepts of a method of an internal audit of a management system in an enterprise which does not have a certified quality management system. First, the choice of the subject as well as the purpose of the dissertation were explained. Afterwards, personal practical experience and researches were presented. In further part of the paper, the concept of the method is elaborated on. The last part concentrates on the results of the audit in a selected enterprise to finish with conclusions of the work.
