Abstrakty
Quality of processes, on which quality of their outcome-products is depended, depends on fulfilling macroergonomic requirements, in which these processes are realized. The paper presents use of proquality methods and tools to participatory improvement of macroergonomic conditions of process realization. A complete process of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is presented, supported by simple proquality tools, in order to precisely indicate places of occurrence of reasons of potential errors in the process being improved. Special attention is paid to human centric aspect of analyzed errors.
