The article presents one of the methods applied to control quality of working conditions, improved by Dupont company for many years and successfully used by many enterprises from various branches. Safety Training Oservation Programme system (STOP) is resonsible for stimulatingo employees' safe conduct as well as proper use of personal protective equipment. Implemented properly, the system assures enhancement of quality of working conditions and rising standards of safety on all postitions included in the programme. Introduced in one of manufacturing enterpises in Wielkopolska, it brought measurable profits, decreased employees' absence at work as well as number of industrial accidents.
