Abstrakty
The shift from a product-based to a knowledge-based economy has resulted in an increased demand for knowledge-oriented managers who are capable of higher-order thinking and reasoning to solve intricate problems in the workplace. The main purpose of this study is to examine the level of knowledge-oriented leadership in medium enterprises in Silesia province in Poland.
