Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie koncepcji zarządzania wiedzą na podstawie opinii kadry kierowniczej przedsiębiorstw budowlanych. W 2008 r. przebadano 688 pracowników firm wykonawczych z lej branży. W artykule na podstawie lileratury przedmiotu przedstawiono podstawowe modele zarządzania wiedzą i zasady tworzenia slrategii.

The aim of this paper is to preset the conception of managers knowledge management among key construction companies. The conception is based upon the opinion of managers. In 2008 688 managers of above mentioned companies were ąuestioned. The article presents based upon the literaturę review the up dated models and the rules of knowledge strategy.
