EN

Progress has always denoted connections and relationships between the exterior and the interior. From the very beginning of this interaction process, forms and functions of these forms have been closely connected with environmental conditions. And in the same way people creating the shape of towns and their societies have depended on environmental, cultural and natural conditions. These elements promote consciousness, possibilities and, what is most important, progress. Every event creating a town in the past and now, and giving contemporary shape of agglomerations depends on these factors. Now we can list necessary elements of harmonious progress of towns: - Exterior cultural norms such as fashion, trends, styles; - Existing local cultural codes; - Various aspects of nature.
