The paper presents the methodology key elements of process-oriented ISO 9001 quality management system implementation. The example of the structure of quality system processes in the organization and a simple method of process description (process guides) have been presented. The assumptions, limitations and methods applied for control of the processes have been discussed. The main benefits concerning the method have been given in conclusions.
