In the paper the experimental results of the two-dimensional intermittency factor measurements are given. The measurements are carried out for the boundary layer of a flat plate with a low turbulence external flow. The two-dimensional character of the intermittency along and across the boundary layer is shown. The three-parameter cumulative function of the Weibull distribution is proposed for the description of the universal one-dimensional intermittency factor.
