Abstrakty
In the article, the turbo space time encoding method with tailbiting transmission is proposed. The turbo encoder consists of two feedback systematic convolutional encoders over ring ZM. Performance study of this encoder and decoder is analyzed. The paper presents the simulation results of the system with turbo space time encoding over ring ZM
