Stability of hard milling process in HSM conditions
Języki publikacji
Abstrakty
W artykule przedstawiono analizę wpływu warunków i parametrów skrawania na stabilność procesu frezowania stali na twardo w warunkach HSM. Stabilność procesu rozpatrywana była z punktu widzenia drgań samowzbudnych układu OUPN. Oceniano ją na podstawie sygnałów przyspieszeń drgań i składowych siły całkowitej. Dokonano także analizy przydatności tych sygnałów do oceny stabilności procesu.
In the paper analysis of influence of cutting conditions and parameters on stability of hard milling process in HSM conditions is shown. The process stability was considered from the point of view of chatter of machining system, assessed based on chatter acceleration and components of total force signals. Analysis of usability of the signals for assessment of the process stability has been evaluated as well.
