Abstrakty
The ink system is composed of water-soluble materials (binders) and pigment dispersions. The curable oligomers take the place of the organic solvents and work as the binder of pigments. Aqueous UV-curable binders offers safety from an environmental stand point. Some novel prepared of aqueous UV-curable binder of polyurethane acrylate oligomers based on polyethylene glycol with different molecular weight and having low viscosity were used for prepared inks of ink jet printing and/or dyeing of cotton, polyester and nylon 66 fabric with pigment dyes. The results obtained indicate that, the prepared binder can be used safely for prepared ink of ink jet printing and/or dyeing process by padding technique of textile fabrics. The printed fabrics and/or dyed fabrics are characterized by soft handling and from good to excellent of the overall fastness properties.
