Privatization and deregulation of heat and power market have involved consecutive changes among others in district heating and industrial CJ IP utilities in Poland. These modifications result in improvement of economy and ecology characteristics. Moreover their enlargement would increase their contribution to the heat and power capacity of energy sector as well as to the power and frequency control of electric energy system.
