Internet Tools is playing a more and more important role in international exchange and cooperation. Indeed, it has brought people a good deal of benefit. The importance of Internet Tools is analyzed; and the ideas of application of Internet Tools to technical documentation exchange are presented in this paper. The most important of all is that a practical example is given, and a satisfying result has been got.
