Abstrakty

Praca stanowi próbę oceny roli biopaliw w gospodarce energetycznej, korzyści jakie niesie wykorzystanie tego źródła, jak również negatywnej jego strony. W związku z różnorodnością technologicznych metod produkcji paliw ekologicznych z oleju rzepakowego szczególną uwagę poświęcono najbardziej rozpowszechnionej metodzie produkcji biopaliw-trans-estryfikacji oleju rzepakowego. Przedstawiono również ekonomiczne i ekologiczne aspekty stosowania biopaliw oraz aktualny stan legislacyjny i problemy związane ze stosowaniem tego typu odnawialnych źródeł energii w Polsce.

Up to date limited quantity of energy resources and the increase of pollutants emission into environment caused that the political decision were made to replace the mineral fuels by other raw materials much more profitable for the environment. The special attention was focused renewable energy sources. Therefore the practical application of the rape oil for energetic aims was found. This paper shows potential possibilities of biofuels which are used in energetically sector as well as its benefits and disadvantages. Because of the differences in technological methods of ecological fuels production from rape oil the special attention is focused on the most popular method of biofuels production - transestrification of the rape oil. Both ecological and ecological aspects of biofuels consumption are presented in this work and the legislative aspects of biofuels production and consumption in Poland as well.
