EN

Ammonia oxidation process has been used for many years in nitric acid technology. Regarding the importance of the process and its contribution to nitric acid production costs there are still many scientific works devoted to the modeling of ammonia oxidation process. In the paper a kinetic model of ammonia oxidation process in the presence of a platinum-rhodium based catalyst has been presented.
