Na przykładzie systemów melioracyjnych w zlewni Uherki przedstawiono podstawowe problemy związane z wdrażaniem Ramowej Dyrektywy Wodnej. Przeanalizowano trudności związane z klasyfikacją cieków i małych zbiorników, oceną stopnia ich przekształcenia, oceną zmian reżimu hydrologicznego! ich charakterystykami uwzględnionymi w Ramowej Dyrektywie Wodnej.

There have been presented the fundamental problems connected with enforcement od the Water Frame Directive base on the case of land melioration systems in the river basin of the Uherka. The Author analysis also difficulties connected with classification of watercourses and small reservoirs, evaluation of the degree of their modification, evaluation of changes in hydrologicai regime and their characterization which are taken into account by the Water Frame Directive.
