The paper presents general description of the reservoir, its function and assignment, characterization of main buildings and concurrent investmens as well as problems arising during realization of the investment. There have been also summed up the costs of the investment in compound prices and the state of implementation of tasks which in the framework of the so-called forced investments have not been fully realized.
