Przedstawiono elementy ustawy Prawo Ochrony Środowiska dotyczące istoty wydawania przez starostów i wojewodów pozwoleń zintegrowanych dla prowadzących instalacje, w tym rodzaje instalacji, dla których wymagane jest uzyskanie pozwolenia zintegrowanego oraz ustalanie granicznych wielkości emisji, a także powiązania z systemem ocen oddziaływania na środowisko. Omówiono elementy niezbędne w procedurze wydawania pozwolenia zintegrowanego oraz cele i zadania Krajowego Centrum Najlepszych Dostępnych Technik.

Presented are elements of the Environmental Protection Law concerning the essence of granting intergrated permissions by relevant authorities for plant runners, including different types of equipment, for which receiving of integrated permission and establishing emission boundary values, as well as links to an environmental impact assessment system, are demanded. Elements essential in the procedure of granting integrated permissions, as well as purposes and tasks of the National Centre for Best Available Techniques, are discussed.
