The paper presents the way the design and building of the chamber exeavation in complicated geological conditions. Carpathian flysch, have been carried out. It presents also the methodology of control measurements used during the time of building and during the 20 years lasting exploitation of the object. The interpretation of results of measurements provided basis for elaboration the annual evaluation of the chamber.
