EN

The methods of determination of carbimazole involving iodine-azide reaction are presented. In volumetric titration the range of determination is 120-720 nmol (30-180 ul). In cou-lometric titration using a biamperometric indicator system the range of determination is 2.0-20.0 nmol (20-200 ul). In chromatographic analysis the detection limit is 0.08 nmol for TLC and 0.04 nmol for HPTLC. The volumetric titration was applied to determine carbimazole in tablets. The iodine-azide reagent was applied to detect carbimazole in blood serum. The detection limit of carbimazole in blood serum is 0.15 nmol (75 ul).

Przedstawiono metody oznaczania karbimazolu z zastosowaniem reakcji jodo-azydkowej. W miareczkowaniu objętościowym oznaczono 120-720 nmoli (30-180 ul). W miareczkowaniu kulometrycznym z biamperometryczną detekcją punktu końcowego oznaczono 2.0-20.0 nmoli (20-200 ul). W analizie chromatograficznej granica detekcji wynosi 0.08 nmola dla TLC i 0.04 nmola dla HPTLC. Miareczkowanie objętościowe zostało zastosowane do oznaczania karbimazolu w leku. Mieszanina jodo-azydkowa została zastosowana do detekcji karbimazolu w surowicy krwi. Granica detekcji wynosi 0.15 nmola (75 ul).
