The Author presents the project ..Effective management under the flood circumstances" which is based on the Danish hydraulic modelling packages MIKE11. Realization of the project will make it possible for the Institute of Meteorology and Water Management and for the regional water boards in southern Poland to best manage under the circumstances of the flood.
