Spectrophotometric (UV) and chromatographic (HPLC) methods were applied to the determination of loratadine hydrochloride in tablets and in suspension. The use of the HPLC method required the optimization of the composition of the mobile phase. The relationship between drug concentrations and peaks area, the accuracy, precision were tested by using the reference model mixtures.

Opracowano metodę spektrofotometryczną (UV) i chromatograficzną (HPLC) do oznaczania chlorowodorku loratadyny w tabletkach i w zawiesinie. Zastosowanie metody HPLC wymagało optymalizacji metody w części dotyczącej składu fazy ruchomej. Do oceny liniowości, dokładności i precyzji zastosowano mieszaniny modelowe.
