Abstrakty
We present two improvements of a routine method of analysis of biogenic polyamines after their derivatisation with dabsyl chloride. The use of borate buffer during dabvsylation offers much better reproducibility then bicarbonate one. Also trichloracetic acid extrac-tion of polyamines from biological samples was found to be superior to perchloric acid extraction. Our studies eliminate the possibility to determine together biogenic polya-mines and aminoacids using common extraction procedure.
