W artykule uzasadniono celowość stosowania modyfikacji zębów czołowych w połączeniach rozłącznych. Opisano metodę kształtowania takich uzębień na frezarce numerycznej. W tej metodzie zakłada się wzdłużną modyfikację zębów, a niewielka modyfikacja zarysu wynika z procesu obróbki. Przedstawiono złożony algorytm obliczeń wymiarów nastawczych obrabiarki oparty na analizie matematycznej równań bocznej powierzchni zębów. Na przykładzie liczbowym pokazano obraz strefy przylegania modyfikowanych zębów.

The aim of applying the modification of the face toothing in the separable joints has been justified in the paper. There has been described a method of forming such toothing at the NC milling machine. The modification along the tooth is assumed in advance but the slight profile modifica-tion is obtained as the result of machining process. There has been also presented the complex algorithm of calculations necessary to prepare the adjusting dimensions for the NC machine tool. This algorithm is based on the mathematical analysis of equations describing the tooth side. Basing on numerical example the contact zones of modified toothings have been presented.
