W artykule zaprezentowano wyniki pomiarów temperatury skrawania w procesie obróbki skrawaniem z zastosowaniem metody TCEM -technologii wspomagającej, polegającej na doprowadzeniu dodatkowego Prądu technologicznego do strefy kontaktu przedmiotu obrabianego z narzędziem celem uplastycznienia strefy dekohezji. Przedstawiono sposoby interpretacji temperatury występującej w strefie kontaktu przedmiotu obrabianego z narzędziem podczas obróbki metodą TCEM, metodykę pomiaru temperatury opartą na technice promieniowania podczerwonego z wykorzystaniem metody pirometrycznej oraz wyniki jej pomiarów.

In paper the research results of the cutting temperature measurements in the cutting process with the use of TCEM method have been presented. TCEM is the enhanced technology with the :flow of the additional current via the contact zone of workiece with the cutting tool. It have been described the methods of temperature interpretation, existed in the contact zone during cutting with the use of TCEM method. The methodics of the temperature measurement based on the infrared radiation technique with the use of pirometry and the temperuture research results have been showed.
