Abstrakty
The paper reports procedure of speciation determination of chromium in water samples. A comparison of three methods for the sample pretreatment prior to speciation determi-nation of chromium by GF AAS method is made. The most efficient method, i. e. Shelton with ammonium pyrrolidinedithiocarbamate, followed by soIvent extraction with methylisobutylketone was used to determine Cr (VI). Cr(total) was determined directly from the acidified sample and Cr(III) -as the difference between Cr(totaI) and Cr(VI) . The concentrations of chromium in natural waters were: Cr(total) -from 1.75 to 3.00 ~g I-I, Cr(III) -from 0.80 to 2.00 ~g I-I and Cr(VI) -from 0.057 to 1.60 ~g I-I. Chromium determination was performed by the GF AAS technique using multiple injections; chro-mium detection limit is 0.057 ug 1(-1).
W pracy przedstawiono procedurę specjacyjnego oznaczania chromu w próbkach wód podziemnych. Na układach modelowych porównano trzy metody wstępnego przygotowania próbki przed specjacyjnym oznaczaniem chromu techniką GFAAS. Cr(VI) oznaczano metodą chelatowania pyrolidynoditiokarbominianem amonu z następną ekstrakcją powstałego kompleksu do ketonu metyloizobutylowego, Cr ogólny oznaczano wprost z próbki zakwaszonej, natomiast Cr(III) oznaczano z różnicy stężeń Cr(tot.) i Cr(VI). Oznaczone zawartości chromu wahały się w granicach 1,75-3,00 ~g 1-1, Cr(tot.); 0,057-1,60 ~g I-I Cr(VI). Oznaczania chromu wykonano metodą GFAAS stosując w wielu przypadkach wielokrotny nastrzyk, granica wykrywalności dla chromu wynosi 0,057 ug 1-1.
