Abstrakty
The 1 H NMR method was applied for quantitative analysis of acetates, long chain fatty acids and phenols in a humus sample of municipal solid wastes and sludge mixture after methane fermentation. The percentage of acetate was determined as 1.63 :=: 0.06 %, phenol as 0.046 =: 0.002% and unsaturated fatty acids as 1.43 :I: 0.05 %. The average structural formula of fatty acid anion was determined as CH3-(CHV4-CH==CH-CH2-COO-. The water and chloroform extracts of the sample were used. The method was found to be fast and of enough accuracy (The magnitude of the relative error is 5%).
Zastosowano metodę 1H NMR do oznaczania octanów, anionów długołańcuchowych kwasów tłuszczowych i fenoli w próbce substancji humusowej będącej produktem fermentacji metanowej odpadów miejskich. Po uśrednieniu danych odpowiedni wzór kwasu tłuszczowego można przedstawić jako CH3-(CHV4-CH=CH-CH2-COO-. Przed analizą próbkę ekstrahowano wodą i chloroformem. Zawartość octanów wynosiła 1:63 :I: 0.06%, fenolu 0.046 :I: 0.002% a nienasyconych kwasów 1.43 :I: 0.05%. Metodę oceniono jako szybką i wystarczająco dokładną (błąd względny ok. 5%).
