Przyczynek do chemii analitycznej tiaminy I. Tiamina jako ciekła membrana elektrody jonoselektywnej
Języki publikacji
Abstrakty
A nitrobenzene solution of thiamine metatungstate was used as a liquid membrane to prepare a thiamine-selective electrode. The electrode, constructed in a usual manner, without internal solution, gave improved working characteristics in terms of linear range, sensitivity, reproducibility and lifetime. Its potentiometric response was linear in the range from 3.8x10(-5) to l.0x10(-1 mol 1(-1) thiamine, with a slope of 52 mV/decade and a detection limit of 1.7x10(-5) mol 1(-1). The electrode preserves the response characteristics over a period longer than three months. The ability to discriminate between ions often accompanying the thiamine in pharmaceuticals is, from the analytical point of view, the major advantage of the electrode.
Roztwór metawolframianu tiaminy w nitrobenzenie został zastosowany jako ciekła membrana, elektrody selektywnej względem tiaminy. Elektroda, skonstruowana bez roztworu wewnętrznego, charakteryzuje się korzystnymi parametrami: zakresem liniowym, czułością, odtwarzalnością i czasem życia. Elektroda wykazuje prostoliniową charakterystykę w zakresie 3,8x1(-5)-l,0x10(-1) mol 1(-1) tiaminy, z nachyleniem 52 mV/dekadę i granicą wykrywalności 1,7x105 mol l(-l) tiaminy.
