In the article a course of made activities was introduced at accepting and spending and while keeping the grain in granaries. The article is showing the description of checked parameters of the temperature and humidities of the grain kept in silos and checking qualitative characteristics so as: humidity, density, the protein content in yoghurt, sedimentation, number of falling and pollutants being in a grain.
