Przedstawiono problemy, na jakie napotykają ludzie z różnego rodzaju niesprawnościami w posługiwaniu się komputerami, w tym w dostępie do Internetu. Sformułowano kierunek zmian w podstawowym oprogramowaniu komputerów, jak i reguły projektowania stron internetowych z uwzględnieniem potrzeb niepełnosprawnych.

The problems of the access of people with different kind of disability to the computers and to the Internet are presented. The trends currently under way in the mainstream computer industry and developments of the adaptive technology for disabled are described.
