Abstrakty
Growth of intergranular voids in creep condition for polycrystalline material is modeled by means of cellular automata taking into account random- ness of material structure and deterioration processes. The results of simulations are fitted to experimental results. The scatter of time to failure due to material structure variability is examined using two-parameter Weibull dis- tribution.
