In the article was defined concept of the partial discharges (PD). There was introduced the physical phenomena aiding the ranking of this complex problem. There were presented the technologies of the noninvasive PD examination. In the article were introduced merits of detailed methods. Next was brought up a topic of the problem of PD examinations in the places inaccessible to the man. The author expressed own solving the problem, he characterized faults and merits of the formulated system.
