The operation and dispatch control of an interconnected electric power network at the liberalised electricity market requires the control and flow management of especially international lines in order to prevent vast accidents in individual electric power networks or in interconnected electric power network. This article deals with the electric power system co-operation in interconnected electric power system TESIS (Trans European Synchronously Interconnected System), power system control and liberalisation process of the electric power market.
