Abstrakty

EN

The pulsing of speed counter displaced twisted streams, originating at interplay are researched. The periodicity of oscillations of resulting stream owing to rotation of a vertical core around of an axis and instability of stream is detected during his development, that allows to define the operation conditions of the equipment.
