Street lighting belongs between nonpayment social services, it impacts a public order, a transport safety and a tourist attraction of towns and villages. The operation and maintenance optimalization of the street lighting belongs to a supporting programme of a public useful services development. One of the possibilities to achieve energy savings at an operation of a street lighting is a regulation of its load and thereby also its light flux by by means of a supply voltage highness.
