PL

Naświetlono problematykę oddziaływania na człowieka i środowisko niejonizującego pola elektromagnetycznego i objaśniono współczesne podejście do ochrony przed potencjalnie szkodliwymi skutkami tego oddziaływania. Na tym tle omówiono stosowną działalność regulacyjną i normalizacyjną WHO, ICNIRP, IEC i CENELEC. Zaanonsowano ostatnio opublikowane normy międzynarodowe określające sposoby badania urządzeń radiokomunikacji ruchomej na zgodność z przepisami ochronnymi ograniczającymi ekspozycję ludzi w polach wielkiej częstotliwości.

The paper deals with considerations of possible adverse health effects from human exposure to radiofrequency radiation. Current relevant regulatory and standardization activity of WHO, ICNIRP, IEC, and CENELEC is briefly described. Recently issued international standards for demonstrating the compliance of mobile communications equipment with restrictions related to human exposure to radiofrequency electromagnetic fields are outlined.
